The Outcome
3F Construction recently completed the renovation of the Amenity Lounge, Kitchen, and Event Space at SoNo East Apartments, located at 840 W. Blackhawk Street in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.
Working with Greystar, the design team at Solomon Cordwell Buenz and Kent Consulting Engineers (MEP/FP), we transformed the building’s communal spaces with elevated finishes, modern functionality, and flexible gathering areas that better serve residents and guests.
Completed in August 2025, the project reflects 3F’s deep experience in multifamily renovations and our commitment to delivering high-quality, value-driven results.
