The Project
3F Construction was selected by QMR Partners as the general contractor for the full-scale value-add renovation of Park Towne Apartments, a 132-unit multifamily community located in the heart of downtown Palatine, Illinois.
This transformative project includes comprehensive upgrades to all residential units, featuring brand-new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, trim, and paint. A major enhancement is the addition of in-unit laundry in every residence, improving daily convenience for tenants.
In addition to the interior renovations, 3F is overseeing a full overhaul of the property’s shared spaces. Upgrades include revitalized corridors, lobby, and mail/package rooms, as well as the construction of a state-of-the-art fitness center. The community’s outdoor pool is also being completely reconstructed, offering a refreshed and engaging amenity space for residents.
