Our multifamily work spans value-add renovations in occupied buildings, office and loft conversions, and full unit renovations after condo deconversions. Recent projects include all 448 units at River City in the South Loop, The Edison in Edgewater, 415 Premier in Evanston and The Smith at 223 W. Erie in River North.
