River City
The Wolcott Group contracted with 3F Construction to help design and renovate all 448 residential units and perform substantial upgrades to the building. River City remains the largest condo to apartment deconversion in the history of Chicago.
The Outcome
Unit renovations and common area upgrades took approximately three years to complete. The renovated units feature reconfigured and modernized kitchens and bathrooms, upgraded custom closet systems, LVT flooring, new doors, trim, and paint. In addition, units now include washers and dryers, a feature most renters demand in this price range.
