Century Tower

Century Tower is a stunning historic landmark in Chicago’s Loop. It was built in 1930 and was originally the Trustees System Service Bank Building. At the time of its construction, Century Tower was the tallest reinforced concrete building in the world. Architects, Thielbar and Fugard, spared no detail.

The Outcome

Originally built in 1930, Century Tower has been reimagined into modern luxury apartments while preserving its Art Deco heritage. Each renovated residence showcases a thoughtful mix of contemporary design and historic character, featuring white quartz countertops, plank flooring, pull-down faucets, and deep stainless steel sinks.

Bathrooms are fully tiled with a clean, timeless aesthetic, complemented by espresso-finish wood cabinetry that adds warmth and contrast throughout. Residences also include in-unit laundry and private terraces in select units, offering elevated comfort in the heart of downtown Chicago.

Most bedrooms are designed in a loft-style layout, reflecting a modern, open-concept approach that maximizes light and space while celebrating the building’s architectural history.
