The Outcome

3F Construction was contracted to remodel the complete building to represent a modern timeless desing in an elegant old building. An enormous Community Room and spacious exercise room were also created. The apartments carry the Scandinavian style with plenty of natural light, beautiful blonde wood flooring throughout, and attractive stainless-steel appliances - refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
