The Outcome

3F Construction was selected as the renovation partner to execute a comprehensive value-add strategy focused on apartment unit upgrades. The studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments were completely refreshed with hardwood flooring, modern kitchens featuring quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, updated lighting, and bathrooms with subway tile, quartz tops, and shaker-style vanities.

The result is a cohesive, modernized living experience that elevates both design and functionality while enhancing asset value. Our friends at Summit Design + Build led the renovation of the common areas, creating a seamless connection between private residences and shared amenity spaces.
