The Outcome

3F was selected as the renovation partner to execute the value-add strategy on the apartment unit renovations. The Studio, 1 and 2 apartments are all newly updated with hardwood floors, new kitchens with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, new lighting, new bathrooms with subway tile, quartz tops and shaker style vanities. Our friends Summit Design + Build renovated all the common areas.
