The Project
3F Construction is currently leading the adaptive reuse redevelopment of the former Chicago Getaway Hostel at 616 W. Arlington Place in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. Working with Validus and the project design team, the building is being transformed into 36 luxury apartments through a comprehensive 53,000-square-foot interior redevelopment, including upgraded MEP systems, an expanded stair tower, modernized residential layouts, and new resident amenities such as a fitness center. The project reflects 3F’s continued focus on complex urban renovations and delivering thoughtful multifamily redevelopment projects in Chicago.
