The Outcome
Originally a bank located at 4725 N. Western Ave. and constructed as three separate buildings, the project consisted of an adaptive reuse with two retail spaces and eleven luxury apartments on the second level. The project team consisted of 3F Construction, its client, Rany Management, and Kennedy Mann Architects.
At the heart of the bustling neighborhood of Lincoln Square, the property, clad with aluminum and new windows, is near the Western Avenue Brown Line at Leland Avenue and Western Avenue. Full of natural light, high ceilings, quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, the market-rate apartments will consist of studios to two bedroom units and are available for lease.
