The Outcome
3F Construction completed 415 Premier Apartments for Spirit Investment Partners. Consisting of 221 apartments, we collaborated with Stanton Interior Concepts to transform this circa 2008 highrise with modern day finishes. With a mix of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments as well as a full suite of amenities including fitness room, management offices and resident lounge/club room, this value-add renovation included updating bathrooms, installing LVT plank flooring, updating kitchens, lighting and paint. The team also worked with the design team to completely renovate the lobby and resident lounge.
