3F Construction was contracted to remodel 835-55 W. Barry, Chicago, IL for North Park Ventures. Consisting of two condominium buildings totaling 82 units, this value-add renovation included new bathrooms, refinished floors, updated kitchens, lighting, the addition of new in-unit laundry (including plumbing) and some reconfigurations. 3F Construction collaborated with property management and the City of Chicago Department of Buildings to develop a renovation plan whereby apartments were renovated on a rolling basis which allowed ownership to keep the property occupied. Additionally, laundry was roughed-in for apartments on a tier-by-tier basis and was coordinated while tenants occupied apartments.
