Out of respect for the building’s historic and architectural significance, we went to great lengths to preserve the ballroom’s original character while thoughtfully introducing modern elements that resonate with today’s audience.
The renovation honors the grandeur of the 1920s — from its ornate ceiling details and classic millwork to the elegant proportions of the space — while incorporating modern lighting, finishes, and functionality to make it relevant for contemporary events and gatherings.
Every design decision was made to celebrate the building’s past while ensuring its future, blending rich materials, restored craftsmanship, and discreet technology upgrades that enhance comfort and performance without compromising authenticity.
The result is a timeless venue that bridges the 1920s and the 2020s — where historic elegance meets modern sophistication.
