2310 W. Ainslie
3F Construction brings new life to a historic Lincoln Square Parish Rectory to become new residences.
The Project
Located in Chicago’s Lincoln Square neighborhood, 2310 W. Ainslie is an adaptive reuse project converting the former St. Matthias parish rectory into residential apartments. The historic building retains its distinctive brick exterior, limestone detailing, arched windows, and steep tile roof while the interior is transformed for residential use.
The redevelopment will introduce a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, preserving the architectural character of the existing structure while creating new housing within a building that has been part of the neighborhood for generations.
Working with developer/owner Rany Management and Red Architects, 3F Construction is serving as general contractor for the conversion. The completed project will also include several resident parking spaces and dedicated bicycle parking for residents.
